Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To best support our therapeutic work together, please review the cancellation policy:

  • Notice Requirement:

    • No Fee: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session incur no fee.

    • 50% Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

    • 100% Fee: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, a 100% fee will be applied.

  • Free Missed Session:

    • You are entitled to one free "day-of" cancellation per calendar year. This does not apply to no-shows.

  • Switching to Virtual Sessions:

    • To avoid cancellation fees, you may switch your appointment to a virtual session, provided you notify me via email or phone call (voicemail is acceptable) within the appropriate notice period.

  • Notification Method & Time Stamp:

    • All cancellations or switches to virtual sessions must be communicated via email or phone call (voicemail allowed). The date and time of your notification will serve as the official time stamp for fee determination.

This policy is in place out of respect for my time and to allow space for other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
